Description

The Programs branch team within the Ministry of Agriculture is looking for someone who is dedicated to service excellence, collaborates, works as one team, and is passionate about agricultural programming in Saskatchewan. The Program Delivery Branch is seeking a results-driven leader who values service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Typically, the knowledge, skills, and experience required for this position would be acquired through a degree in agriculture, or business, combined with several years of experience in:

Knowledge of agricultural programs and service delivery (Bring/Learn)
Experience in managing staff performance and development (Bring/Learn)
Knowledge of human resource practices and workplace safety standards (Bring/Learn)
Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting (Bring/Learn)
Familiarity with relevant acts, regulations, policies, and government service standards (Learn)
