Description

A2SKI Industrial is searching for a dedicated and experienced hardworking individual to join our team as a Labourer. The successful candidates will assist with various manual tasks on construction sites, warehouses, or other industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate various types of heavy machinery including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, cranes, and graders.

Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery.

Operate basic machinery and tools, as required.

Monitor equipment during operation to ensure optimal performance.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Operate basic machinery and tools, as required.

Complete assigned tasks such as excavation, grading, lifting, moving, and compacting materials.

Prepare job sites for construction or maintenance work by clearing debris and preparing the ground.

Maintain equipment and conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Report any malfunctioning or damage to machinery to supervisors.

Perform minor maintenance and repairs on equipment when necessary.

Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Follow detailed instructions on project needs and timelines.

Keep detailed records of daily operations, including the number of hours operated, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.

Track equipment usage, fuel consumption, and service schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, backhoes) is preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects
