Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (On-site)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.  5:00 p.m. CST


About the Role:
Client seeks a Senior Business Analyst with project management skills to lead small to medium IT projects. This role combines technical and strategic capabilities in a high-security, critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end business requirements management

Document user stories, process flows, and workflows

Lead stakeholder workshops and capability mapping

Develop test plans and ensure traceability of requirements

Produce both technical and non-technical documentation

Support product/service design and delivery

Collaborate with vendors and participate in RFP processes

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in IT project delivery and business analysis

Strong skills in Azure DevOps, workshop facilitation, and project coordination

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science

Certifications preferred: CBAP, PMP, Agile (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

Experience with user-centered design and business architecture principles
