We are seeking a Laborer to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting various railway operations, contributing to the overall success of our projects and ensuring the smooth functioning of our services.

This is a full-time position located in Regina, SK for a Track Labourer at Xpert Rail Consulting. The Track Labourer will be responsible for tasks such as repairing and maintaining railway tracks, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Typical day-to-day duties include lifting heavy materials, operating track maintenance equipment, and performing manual labor. Attention to detail and adherence to company safety standards are a priority.

Qualifications
Experience in manual labor and handling heavy materials
Knowledge of operating track maintenance equipment and tools is a plus
Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to safety standards
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

General work hours are Monday to Thursday
10 hour shift
Overtime may be required
Out-of-town travel required

Class 5 license with a clean abstract
A and/or G Endorsement an asset
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to safely operate various vehicles and equipment
Previous experience, particular in the industry, preferred
