Description

The Project Manager role will be responsible for taking set budgets from the estimate and planning and coordinating choice of subtrades and suppliers, issuing necessary purchase orders and proceeding to oversee the entirety of the project. The Project Manager will plan and designate resources, prepare budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager. The chosen candidate will display a strong self confidence and ability to make decisions promptly.


Qualifications:

Analytical
Organized
Minimum 5 years experience in a Project Management role
Ability to read and discern details from project drawings
Computer skills
Proper telephone and email etiquette




Duties:

Using project estimate/budget coordinate internal resources, subtrades and vendors to accommodate specific projects
Issue purchase orders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Detailed project tracking
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with subtrades/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation



Role Considerations:

This role being a primary part of the business operations will be accountable for regularly reviews of working processes and must be prepared to provide requested information when needed (weekly meetings, daily updates etc.) This role is expected to be diligent in daily processes, personal organization and must exhibit strong time management skills.
