The Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of construction projects through all phases from pre-construction and design through to close-out. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external civic services while providing essential administrative and operational support to project managers and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Civic Coordination & Utility Management
Coordinate with civic service departments for project-related needs including:
o Road closures and permits
o Utility applications and meter installations (water, sewer, gas, power)
o Data and phone service setup
2. Design Phase Support
Represent the project management team during the design phase by:
o Managing consultant commitments
o Attending client and design consultant meetings
o Supporting file organization and documentation to ensure smooth project transition from estimating to operations
3. Project Transition (Estimating to Operations)
Serve as a key liaison during the transition from estimation to active project execution:
o Provide support to Project Managers during project handover
o Track and follow up on timely approvals and signatures for contractor commitments and supply purchase orders
o Coordinate post-estimating selections requiring samples and client approvals
4. Project Close-Out Support
Play a critical role in closing out projects:
o Maintain accurate and complete close-out documentation
o Assist QA/QC and Project Management teams in meeting final deliverables
