This position involves summer maintenance of residential properties and condominium grounds, with a focus on lawn care and gardening. The primary responsibilities include ensuring that sidewalks, hedges, and flowerbeds remain free of weeds and are properly trimmed. The successful candidate will assist with weekly lawn mowing and trimming, ensuring that all clippings are removed from sidewalks and driveways. Additionally, the role involves removing garbage and debris from the property, assisting with planned summer landscaping projects, and completing other tasks as assigned. Additionally, special yard projects, must have a clean driving abstract.
