The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Trailtech, a leading trailer manufacturing company specializing in both standard and custom-built trailers. About the Role
As Director of Finance, youll be a key member of Trailtechs senior leadership team, working directly with the CEO to drive the companys financial strategy, build forecasting models, manage risk, and create a high-performing finance and accounting team. You will bring financial and analytical insight into every major decision made at the company and help ensure Trailtechs long-term fiscal health in a rapidly evolving industry. This is more than a finance job, its a strategic leadership opportunity.
What Youll Do
    Shape Financial Strategy: Align financial planning with Trailtechs long-term business goals and operational priorities.
    Lead Accounting Operations: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting through oversight of accounting systems and standards.
    Drive Budgeting and Forecasting: Build robust annual budgets, multi-year models, and scenario forecasts to guide company direction.
    Optimize Cash Flow & Investment: Manage day-to-day and long-term liquidity while evaluating capital expenditures and growth investments.
    Analyze & Report Key Insights: Monitor financial performance
