MCC is the relief, development and peace agency of the Mennonite and Be in Christ churches in North America. MCCS staff reflect MCCs mission, beliefs and values in the workplace and in interactions with individuals, agencies and businesses in the broader community.

The Community Development position is salaried, 0.5 FTE and available on an 12-month term covering a leave starting August 18, 2025 and ending no later than August 31, 2026. The community development programming includes projects with children and youth in a multi-cultural and multi-faith community. This program seeks to build up youth, their families and community; primarily through recreation and skill building activities for at risk youth. Peacebuilding is a critical aspect of this skill development.
