AGT Food and Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Business Process and Systems Analyst to join our Head Office in Regina, SK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Focus on learning and understanding business processes in order to provide recommendations on efficiencies, including system enhancements
    Champion training and consistent information with user groups to ensure accurate reporting for management and executive decision making
    Be an active member of the support team identifying issues, providing solutions, making recommendations, providing feedback  creating a sense of team across internal team members and vendors staff.
    Liaise with business partners to analyze problems of varying sizes, gather and document requirements and develop solution specifications to be provided to development resources
    Provide support to end users & resolve issues on a timely basis for internal customers in Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom
    Execution and coordination of user acceptance testing for changes made to the operating system
    Maintain strong internal control procedures in progressing enhancements through the development life cycle
    Provide professional and courteous system help desk support for higher level issues for users in a multinational environment
    Perform other related duties as required

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    Understanding of business processes
    Attention to planning, process, and detail
    Quick learner
    Desire for continued improvement and understanding
    Able to communicate effectively with different internal groups around the world
    Business degree/ diploma would be an asset, but other post-secondary education may be considered
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel & Outlook
    Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP system considered an asset
    Other relevant job experience will be considered
