Job Duties:
- Supervise and schedule the duties of staff.
-Directing the training/retraining of new and old employees.
-Ensuring that employees follow proper cash control procedures and maintain rules and regulations.
-Handling the customer complaints and maintain the food safe procedures as per the companies standards.
-Maintain records of stocks,
-Order Stocks(Food-Paper) from the suppliers
-Maintain Records of sales.
-Maintain wastage counts.
-Scheduling and other management task like counting deposits, food cost analyses labour cost
