Reporting to the Muskoday First Nation Chief Executive Officer, the Post Secondary Program Coordinator will oversee and engage with the membership sponsored students to succeed in the programing.
Duties
Support the registration by assisting with compiling information on courses, schedules and requirements for admission and graduation
Plan, administer and control budgets and organize the funding process follows established MFN Post Secondary Education Policy
Recommend curriculum revisions and additions and advise scheduling of courses
Provide student support to MFN members Academic Counselling,Personal Counselling
Understanding of the Government of Canada, Province of Saskatchewan, Assembly of First Nations, Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations, and Saskatoon Tribal Council in relation to this position
OTHER CONDITIONS
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30am ? 12:30pm /1:00pm - 4:30pm
Must provide a current, original, Canadian Criminal Record Check (CPIC) and Vulnerable Sector Check as a condition of employment
Must possess a valid Saskatchewan. driver license, a reliable vehicle and meet MFN insurance requirements
Must provide a three-year driver abstract as a condition of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Familiarity with Post Secondary Institutes and the processes of enrollment
Computer knowledge and experience with office programs and office equipment

Highly confidential office environment.
Extended periods of sitting
Travel and over night stay may be required
Working in an office setting with frequent interruptions
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
