Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a hotel environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional manner including check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with inquiries or reservations.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
Assist in managing reservations through phone systems or online platforms.
Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
