Job Description: The Eye Centre, Enterostomal Therapy & Dermatology Clinic are dynamic, and Home TPN are multi-stakeholder outpatient departments which provide a range of services for southern Saskatchewan. A mix of elective, urgent and emergency patients are seen in a variety of outpatient clinic and inpatient settings in over 40,000 annual patient visits. The Eye Centre provides visual testing, screening, treatment and consultation to preserve and / or treat disease and age-related changes in the eye. Enterostomal therapy provides specialized, comprehensive case management for patients requiring a colostomy, ileostomy, or complex wound services. The Dermatology Clinic includes allergy patch testing and phototherapy services. Home TPN provides specialized, comprehensive case management for patients requiring long-term TPN in southern Saskatchewan.

Experience
- Five (5) years leadership experience
- Leader who has developed planning and programs in multi-stakeholder environment
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
