The instructor will plan, organize and implement an instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages learners to develop and fulfil their academic potential.

Qualifications:
The ECE Instructor should bring the following qualifications to this position:
-Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies,
Bachelors in Child Development).
-Two years recent and relevant experience working in an Early Learning and Childcare Education setting as an Early Childhood Educator/Teacher/ECE Instructor.
-Effective interpersonal skills.
-Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
-Effective instructional ability.
-Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
-Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
-Demonstrates Valuing Diversity.
