The Financial Analyst (Junior Financial Analyst) will report to the Manager, Financial Business Solutions. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, have specific knowledge of accounting policies, show attention to detail, an excellent communicator, able to understand and apply complex processes, as well as have advanced Excel skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide structure, consolidation, and analysis of financial data.
Ensure the accurate and timely financial reporting of financial results for product lines and customer contract profitability, and assist with the related monthly reviews with respective customer account teams.
Assist the Financial Analyst in providing Provide revenue and gross profit analysis on product lines, business sectors and customers including variance analysis to budgets, forecasts, business plans, cost estimates or other related financial reports.
Provide structure, consolidation and analysis of financial data.
Assist in providing guidance to delivery managers and contract teams.
Support the Financial Analyst in using models, identifying trends, and known factors to lead in the development of plan and forecast preparation.
Prepare monthly financial analysis and reports on a timely basis, including applicable accruals and adjustments, ensuring completeness, internal consistency and conformance with ISMCs accounting standards.
Adhere to ISMC policies and procedures.
Work with both internal and external (global) teams as required
Perform other duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Commerce, majoring in Finance or Accounting. Alternatively, a 2 Year Accounting Diploma with related experience will also be considered.
Pursuing related designations considered an asset
Knowledge of accounting principle
