Education High School and Hospitality Degree a plus.
Serve It Right Certificate mandatory.
Experience 2 years relevant experience
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate food service staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met.
Ensure all health and safety standards are consistently met.
Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and sanitation regulations.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage scheduling.
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and multicultural team environment.
Demonstrate strong work ethic and initiative to exceed service expectations.
Communicate openly to support team alignment and guest satisfaction.
Adapt to changing needs with flexibility and innovative problem-solving.
