**What Youll Do:**
- Oversee day-to-day management of residential and condominium properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
- Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and board members
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with bylaws
- Manage budgets, collect fees, and prepare financial/operational reports
- Support AGM and board meetings with clear communication and documentation
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in property/strata management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-first attitude
- Knowledge of property legislation and best practices (an asset)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
