Must have building maintenance experience, strong verbal communication skills, passion for customer service, ability to lift up to 36kg, push/pull up to 90kg, a valid driver's license, and a criminal record check.

Duties include but are not limited, to maintaining the common areas of the condo complex. Meet vendors onsite, follow up with vendors, crawl space, attic inspections, general site inspections, knowledge of boiler systems and other general maintenance responsibilities.  Lawn care, snow removal, yard cleanup, general yard duties and other handyman duties.  

Ensure the health and safety of residents and co workers by maintaining a clean and safe work environment.  Responsible for reporting any safety hazards.
