Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly - 7a-5p - on a rotational schedule including two weekends a month
Under the direct supervision of the Children's Housing Extended Leadership Team, the Supervisor position is responsible for providing a safe and nurturing home for children. Our home supports care for and supervises children aged 0-12 on a 24-hour basis. The supervisor is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that will have a positive impact and be a benefit to the children who reside at the home. This position works in collaboration with the child support on floor members, the managers and the department as a whole to create a team environment. The coordinator role entails maintaining and updating support plans, coaching team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to promote the well-being and development of children in consultation with the Manager and Extended Leadership Team.
