The opportunity:
- Provides administrative support to the VP of Strategy and Sales Administration, Finance Directors, and team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and expense handling.
- Assists the Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and SVP Finance and Strategy.
- Maintains daily updates in SUN Systems, tracks departmental objectives, and ensures accurate procedural documentation.
- Prepares, tracks and reviews a variety of departmental documents and processes. This includes administration of Board documents, audit materials, insurance-related tasks, reviewing journal entries for accuracy and completeness, coordinating cheque processing (including signing and deposit tracking), and managing sensitive documentation such as confidentiality agreements and banking resolutions.
- Performs other related duties as required.
You have:
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant or a related field.
- Minimum two years experience providing administrative support.
You bring:
- Ability to organize workloads, set priorities, and complete assignments efficiently and within assigned deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in technology, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to uphold the highest degree of ethics and integrity and maintain confidentiality.
