The Role
Reporting to the general supervisor, process, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient operation of all process areas. If you like working as part of a team where we look out for one another and collaborate to improve our performance, then we may have a job for you.
In this role, you will:
-Be responsible for planning, coordinating and scheduling process operations and project tasks in order to meet production requirements
-Identify and develop continual improvement projects to support the needs of the operation
-Supervise process operators and dewatering crews and ensure all process areas are operating in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
Required:
-Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-Seven years of relevant work experience in progressive milling or process positions
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
-Willingness to give and receive honest feedback
-Work both on surface and underground
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
-Valid Class 5 drivers license
Recommended:
-Previous supervisory experience
-Level 1 wastewater treatment certification
-Level 1 and level 2 potable water treatment
-Experience using SAP S/4HANA
-Process technician certification
Conditions of Employment:
