Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a full-time Service and Logistics Representative to support the needs of our Agriculture Division!

The Service and Logistics Representative demonstrates day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Moose Jaw Co-ops values, mission, and vision.  This individual will operate essential equipment like fertilizer floaters and seed treating equipment, complete product deliveries, and oversee equipment logistics. Additionally, you will perform repairs and maintenance, ensuring our facilities and equipment are in top condition. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Complete product deliveries and equipment logistics
    Operate fertilizer floaters and seed treating equipment
    Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment
    Maintain facilities
    Provide professional and courteous customer service
    Promote a culture of safety and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications include:
    Valid Class 1A license with a clean abstract
    Relevant experience in agriculture-related area is an asset
    Direct experience as a farm or industry equipment operator is an asset
    Practical understanding of equipment operations
    Demonstrable mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately and confidently
    Willingness to work extra hours during peak agriculture seasons
    Physical strength and proficiency for demanding tasks
