Project Manager, Asset & Capital - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

Status: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Calgary, AB or Regina, SK| Hybrid Work (with flexibility to reside within close commuting proximity to Calgary and its surrounding areas)

EPCOR is looking for a Project Manager, Asset & Capital to lead, plan and execute water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia.

You'll be on-site, building relationships with operators and field teams, ensuring alignment between engineering and operations. Your visibility and leadership will help bridge the gap between planning and execution, and your work will shape the future of sustainable water systems.

What You'll Do
- Leading the development and execution of capital plans for water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Collaborating with site managers and operators to scope, estimate, and deliver projects.
- Managing full project lifecyclesfrom concept to commissioningensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
- Supporting asset management planning and risk-based prioritization.
- Fostering strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and municipal clients.

What You'll Bring
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (P. Eng preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater or industrial project management.
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- High integrity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
- PMP, CCP, or MBA considered assets.
