You'll be working with existing clients and focusing on accurately bidding projects and seeing them through to successful completion.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Oversee commercial and industrial HVAC projects from bid to completion
Analyze customer design proposals, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates and project plans
Bid Preparation
Lead and guide a team to ensure the technical accuracy of project deliverables
Manage project activities throughout their lifecycle, including resource allocation, documentation, and ensuring projects are completed cost-effectively, safely, and on time to meet or exceed client expectations
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure project success
Maintain and grow current business and client relationships through excellent service and project delivery
Project tracking

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of previous estimating experience in HVAC and/or plumbing
Strong experience and deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
Journeyman Trade certification
Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
PMP certification is an asset but not required
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
