Imagine it's Friday. It's summer.  You just dropped your kids off at a day camp. Or walked the dog. Or rocked an early spin class. Or practiced your mandolin... Whatever you do in your free time is great. We're all about diversity! With an hour before the team meeting, you decide to pack for the cabin so you can head out afterwards. You were in person for client meetings a lot this week, and you might as well work from the deck this afternoon; it'll be a nice change of scenery.


The team meeting starts with everyone sharing one good thing from the last week. Sabrina climbed a mountain. Chelsea cheered at baseball. Stephen did some painting. Smiles abound, and the team proceeds to discuss celebrations, gratitudes, challenges, and business improvements. As a company that embraces a horizontal organizational structure, your input is just as important as everyone else's. Your opinion matters, and it's one of the many things you love about your new job at Adeptus Marketing.


After the meeting, you make a few calls, have lunch and head out to the lake where you plan to meet with the creative team over Zoom. You're excited for this project and can't wait to help make your client's dream a reality.


As the liaison between the client and the creative team, you're the linchpin. Without you, no magic happens. And we love making magic happen. You're good with details. A great listener. You love building relationships with the amazing clients we've chosen to work with (that's right, we choose our clients!) and you're just an all-around grown, organized adult.
