HR Systems Analyst LMS Implementation

Join the City of Regina as an HR Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) and enhance employee learning citywide. This 1-year opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with HRIS experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead LMS rollout and system configuration
Create digital training content and process documentation
Analyze data, test functionality, and support integrations
Drive automation and process improvements
Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years in HR systems (LMS, Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in unionized or public sector an asset
