About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Citizen Services, the Business Planner Organizational Change oversees and leads the development, implementation and management of the programs change management framework / strategy. This position works with internal and external health system stakeholders across the province to ensure the services we provide align with business requirements. This position facilitates the development of change strategies, plans, roadmaps and business cases in collaboration with eHealth and its health system stakeholders.
Experience & Qualifications:
A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
Certification as a PROSCI or Change Management Professional (CMP) from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated strong leadership abilities, along with excellent written and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of organizational change management principles, processes, and strategies.
This position is open to Saskatchewan and not limited to Regina.
