The opportunity:
- Act as the key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities and solutions.
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support solution design and implementation.
- Contribute to strategic planning, project intake, and roadmap development.
- Support project delivery and change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and user acceptance testing (UAT).
You have:
- Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
- 35 years of experience providing business solutions through business process improvements and requirements analysis.
- Exposure to financial and/or accounting systems and processes is considered an asset.
- Project management experience is considered an asset.
