Description

Our elementary school is seeking a dynamic and organized Before and After School Program Coordinator to lead engaging and enriching programs for students in Grades 1 through 8. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment outside of regular school hours. Great hours for a post-secondary student  split shift 7:00  9:00 am and 3:15  5:45. Some flexibility may be available.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate activities and programming
Supervise and support program staff
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration
Maintain program schedules, attendance, and related administrative duties

Qualifications:
Experience working with elementary-aged children (Grades 18)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Program planning and staff management experience preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
