Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and warmly

Present menus and explain daily specials or menu items

Take accurate food and beverage orders

Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to any concerns

Clear tables and reset for the next guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Handle payments and operate the POS system (e.g., Square)

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and attitude

Must be available to work daytime, evenings and weekends

Serving It Right certification is required
