ISC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead strategic analysis, manage requirements, and evaluate solutions across complex, cross-functional projects. Working closely with IT, Operations, and Business Development, you'll foster collaboration, mentor team members, and help enhance our business analysis practices. Your broad industry experience and ability to navigate across domains will be essential as you support both IT and business teams in planning, analysis, and solution delivery. Cross-domain, cross-functional, and cross-industry experience is essential for this role.

What youll need:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Administration.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- IIBA CBAP certification would be a strong asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English are required as this position will be working with end users.
- Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following IT areas: Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support.
- In-depth understanding of the SDLC and various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
