In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our 46,000 plan members, 20,000 retirees and participating employer and union partners, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and live chat. Youll help guide them through the Employee Benefit Plans we proudly administer, ensuring a smooth and positive experience every step of the way.
We currently have two 1-year opportunities available with the possibility of extension. This position works from our office in Regina, Saskatchewan.
What We Are Looking For:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma or equivalent combination or education and experience
- Experience in benefits administration OR customer service, ideally in a call centre environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
