Novlan Bros Sales is looking to add to our team of  Agricultural Parts Advisors. A qualified Parts Advisor ideally will have a Journeyman/Red Seal Certification in Ag. Parts, 3- 5 years direct experience, excellent customer service and a knowledge or western Canadian agriculture.

Education: Agricultural parts person trade certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 or more years in the Agricultural or Heavy Equipment parts industry.

Work site environment: At heights, Dusty, Odours, Confined spaces, Noisy

Work setting: Agricultural equipment Repair and Service establishment

Specific Skills: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Conduct sales calls, Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories, Advise on use and appropriateness of goods or parts, Identify, label and catalogue items received, Maintain records on inventory control system, Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials, Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area, Clean and maintain office, supply area or retail store, Perform general office duties, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Handle cash transactions, Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, Prepare and track work orders, Process incoming requisitions, Sell spare and replacement parts, Ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment, Have technical knowledge of parts for  agriculture equipment and heavy duty equipment.

Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate,

Computer and technology knowledge: Inventory control software, MS Office, Internet, CNH, ADP, PBS

Direct experience in: Agriculture or Heavy Equipment Parts Advisor preferred
