Description

What You'll Do:

Client support and Job Coaching
-Support individuals with barriers to employment through one on one coaching, encouragement, and goal setting.
-Support clients with job searching, resume writing, and interview preparation.  
-Provide occasional on-site job coaching as needed

Administrative Support
-Maintain accurate and confidential records, client files, and tracking logs

Program and Team Support
-Assist in organizing workshops, employer events, or client sessions
-Help prepare materials and set up for group activities
-Communicate effectively with team members and follow up on assigned tasks.

Community and Employer interaction
-Help maintain positive relationships with employers and community partners
-Occasionally attend employer meetings or networking events.  

We're Looking For Someone Who:
-Has previous experience human services, disability support, social work, sales, marketing, or a related field  
-Is a strong communicator and a people-person.
-Can work independently, as a team, take initiative, and laugh at the occasional curve ball.
-Has a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Bonus Points If You:
-Have experience in supported employment and job coaching.    
-Have training in person-centered planning or employment strategies.
