Heads Up Plant Protectants Inc. is a growing family owned company that manufacturers biological seed treatments and crop protection products for the agriculture industry. Based in Saskatoon, the company has both a domestic and international presence for its products.
Job Overview
The company is looking to hire an Administrative Specialist (12 month term) for a diverse role which is a combination of bookkeeping, logistics coordination, warehouse inventory and office related duties as an assistant to the companys President and Executives.
Primary duties are as follows:
-If you have used CRM (customer relationship management software previously) this is a considered a signifcant asset.
-Provide administrative support to our Director of Operations, to our President and to our executives (CFO, Marketing Manager, Directors etc) with various assigned tasks.
-Assist with daily reception activities such as ordering supplies and bill payments
-Oversee our warehouse inventory and track inventory movements in our ERP system
-Assisting our CFO with A/R and A/P duties
-Maintain and oversee the reconciliation of inventory.
-Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations
-Prepare required paperwork for product movement between our facilities
-Support continuous improvement activities around safety, quality and productivity.
-Assist our Marketing Manager with various tasks such as market research and placing advertisements
