As a key representative of Bourgault Industries, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for fostering strong relationships with dealers and customers, ensuring the company is represented in a professional and customer-focused manner. The role also includes delivering comprehensive product knowledge and support across the full Bourgault product line, with the goal of motivating and encouraging dealerships to successfully promote and sell our equipment, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and maximizing sales potential!
The Territory Sales Manager will oversee a region in Alberta and Southwest Saskatchewan. Qualified candidates should reside in or near the designated territory.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in agricultural equipment sales, or equivalent related experience in agriculture, agribusiness, precision ag, and/or agronomy, with a proven track record of success! A degree/diploma in agriculture, agribusiness, business, or agricultural/mechanical engineering is also required.
