Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, senior care, or home care settings and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you serve.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Medications reminder and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
Support individuals with disabilities by assisting them in their daily routines and activities.
Implement care plans tailored to each client's needs, including those with dementia or hospice care requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Document daily activities and report any concerns or changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Requirements

Previous experience in care giving, assisted living, or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of medication administration and basic healthcare practices is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
