Description

The Manager, Property Management, reporting directly to the Director of Property Management, is responsible for overseeing all property management operations of over 2,000 units across Western Canada. This successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, staff performance, and resident satisfaction across the residential portfolio. The Manager, Property Management ensures a resident-focused approach, drives occupancy performance, supports budget adherence, and provides leadership to a diverse team of Property Managers. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally to ensure operational consistency and service excellence across the portfolio.

The candidate must have:
- A post-secondary education in business, property management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in residential property management is required; team leadership or multi-site experience is a strong asset.
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship).
