Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Maternal and Children's Clinical Integration, the Maternal and Children's Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Maternal and Children's Provincial Programs' education, quality improvement, clinical benchmarks, safety, and service delivery initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Preference will be given to a Master level of Nursing, Education or Health Administration.
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience in perinatal and/or pediatric nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in program, education, and resource development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an adult educator role or providing education to professional teams preferred.
- Advanced maternal child training and/or certification (e.g. CNA Perinatal Nursing Certification or Pediatric Nursing Certification, emergency nursing pediatric course) and instructor trainer certification (e.g. neonatal resuscitation program; fetal health surveillance; PALS) preferred.
