Maintenance Worker
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and minor repairs of cabins, docks, equipment, and lodge infrastructure
Respond to maintenance requests promptly
Assist with winterization and summer setup activities
Support plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical systems
Operate tools, small machinery, and lodge vehicles when necessary
    Daily General cleaning around the lodge
Required Qualifications
General maintenance or trades background preferred, knowledge of woodwork, framework and log work will be good.
Ability to diagnose and resolve varied maintenance tasks
Knowledge of safety protocols and proper tool use
Reliable, self-motivated, and resourceful
Work Schedule
40 hours/week with rotating shifts; emergency on-call periods possible.
