The successful candidate will:
Grade 12 Diploma, Post-secondary office education diploma or certificate would be considered an asset
skills in planning, organizing, and managing time across multiple tasks and deadlines.
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude.
Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
The ability to make sound independent decisions and manage stress effectively.
Experience in handling sensitive and difficult situations.
Willingness to engage in learning to meet job requirements.
A valid drivers license and ability to provide their own vehicle
Accurate typing skills
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with housing assignments, setting occupancy dates, organizing the signing of tenancy agreements and tenant insurance packs, and may conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
Providing tenant orientation for new tenants, including explaining tenancy agreements, and tenant responsibilities.
Preparing leases for all rental properties leased to outside organizations or individuals.
Assisting with travel expenses, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
Working closely with the facilities team and managing databases.
Being willing to travel, on occasion, to various communities throughout the eastern half of the Northern Lights School Division.
