As we continue to grow, were looking for a motivated and dependable Dispatcher/Warehouse Associate to join our Saskatoon team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced hybrid role that plays a vital part in our day-to-day operations.

Position Overview

This role combines dispatch coordination with warehouse support. You'll be responsible for scheduling deliveries, supporting drivers with key load details, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory and shipment handling.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch deliveries for Saskatoon and provincial routes.
Ensure shipments are completed on time and meet customer specifications.
Communicate clearly with drivers to provide accurate load details and instructions.
Track driver locations and provide timely updates to clients.
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing warehouse stock.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, warehouse logs, and transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, daily operational flow.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in dispatching, warehousing, or logistics (preferred).
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (an asset).
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on warehouse tasks.
Valid Class 5 driver's license (preferred).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
