Description

Chief Moosomin School is Pre  K to grade 12 and is located 30 kilometers north of North Battleford Saskatchewan. Moosomin First Nation Education Council (MFNEC) is dedicated and culturally rooted to furthering academic, cultural and language pride of all students. MFNEC is accepting all applications for the 2025  2026 school year for the Grade 9 Teacher position.
Placement of the successful candidate will work with Pre  K to grade 12 students and teachers. MFNEC follows the STF salary grid as a guideline and offers Pension & Benefits to all full-time staff.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS AND ABILITIES / ATTRIBUTES:
Plan, implement, evaluate, and report on Chief Moosomin School education programs
Develop and monitor program workplans, objectives and outcomes
Ability to embed local First Nation culture into teaching practice
Implement new methodologies and strategies to provide a creative, engaged, and inclusive classroom experience
