Key Auto Group is accepting resumes for the full-time Human Resources Coordinator position. We are seeking a highly-organized and ethical professional to support our human resources and workplace safety initiatives. Members of the Key Auto Group include Key Collision Centre, Key Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC, Yorkton Toyota, Key Yorkton Kia, Swan River's Key Chevrolet Buick GMC, Yorkton Cap-It and Auto Hire Rent-a-Car.

WHAT YOU OFFER (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies):
*Education & Credentials: High school diploma; post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business is preferred; CPHR designation and/or workplace safety certification is an asset.
*HR Expertise: Understanding the employee life cycle, ethical standards and confidentiality practices.
*Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws, international recruitment regulations and occupational health and safety standards in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
*Technical Proficiency: Advanced Office 365 skills (especially Excel); strong HRIS and safety data management.
*Strong organization, problem-solving and communication skills.

WHAT YOU DO (Duties & Responsibilities):
*Promote workplace safety by coordinating safety talks and managing incident reporting.
*Complete tasks pertaining to recruitment, onboarding, transfers, leaves and offboarding.
*Organize HR initiatives including employee engagement events.
*Provide HR support by responding to inquiries, entering data in a HRIS and completing benefit enrolments.
*Act as security administrator for dealership systems.
*Liaise with IT providers to configure new hire's technology needs.
*Provide backup support for payroll processing.
