LPN/RPN

As an LPN you are enthusiastic about Making Lives Better and promote Happier Aging. You are passionate about bringing peace of mind to your client's life and their families. You work closely with your Care Designer to create a premium experience and deliver on client care goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, other interdisciplinary team members
As a brand ambassador the LPN treats client and team members with courtesy and respect
Reviews the care plans arranged by the case manager(Care Designer) prior to beginning a visit, completing records accurately and carrying out all assignments as requested
Responds to AWC regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline
Engages in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your client's experience and care are identified
Delivers comprehensive professional nursing care consistent with the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs
Perform all skills, treatments and procedures competently in accordance to the provincial scope of LPN and adheres to the policies, procedures and protocols of All Ways of Caring.
Assess and provide client and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis
Assists clients in all activities of daily living/hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, linen changes and so forth
Requirements and Experience
Current Certificate of Competence and in good standing with the provincial College of Nurses
Functions within the limits of own experience and knowledge, and practices safely and competently within the job description
Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search
1 yr of nursing experience required; three years nursing experience preferred
Reliable commute with class 5 Driver's License
