Regina Immigrant Women Centre is a settlement services provider organization dedicated to integrating newcomer women and their families. We are seeking one CHILDMINDER in our English for Employment Program to cater for clients' children while they are in-class. Core responsibilities will include;

Make sure the children are safe and well cared;
Organize age-appropriate activities;
Play games with them, or entertain them in other ways;
Keep a watchful eye while the children are playing to make sure they are safe;
Discuss problems of children with parents and bring attention to the Program Manager;
Keep daily records of attendance of children;
Maintain daycare equipment and housekeeping duties;
Submit monthly and quarterly attendance reports;
Work as a team with other child-minding staff;
Work under the direct supervision of Manager;
Other duties as assigned by the Manager and the Executive Director.

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum ECE Level 2 or 3
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
