Radius CU is looking for a dedicated and people-focused leader to join our team as a Regional MSR Supervisor, serving our Torquay and Tribune branches. This is a full-time leadership role with travel required between the two locations.

Reporting to the VP of Member Experience, the Regional MSR Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a high-performing team of MSRs. Youll play a key role in helping the organization deliver outstanding service to our members while supporting Radius CUs goals and strategies. Your duties will include:
Scheduling, supervising, motivating, and mentoring frontline MSR staff across both branches
Fostering a strong service culture and helping your team deliver high-quality financial solutions to members
Providing coaching, training, and performance management to support ongoing development
Managing day-to-day operations on the front line and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
Serving as a hands-on expert in all aspects of the MSR role to provide training, support, and backup when needed
As part of the evolving nature of this leadership role, the Regional MSR Supervisor will also take on administrative tasks as assigned by management. Administrative duties will be determined based on the needs of the organization combined with strengths of the individual.

Youll need strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in this role  as well as the flexibility to travel and build relationships across two dynamic teams.

Were looking for a self-motivated team leader with experience in financial services and member support. Ideal candidates will have:
MSR and supervisory experience (or a strong willingness to learn)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to ongoing learning and development
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Solid computer skills and comfort with digital tools
