Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team and maintain an established safety program.  This position plays a key role in ensuring our continued compliance with industry regulations and maintaining our COR certification, ISNetworld, and ComplyWorks standing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies across job sites
- Maintain and improve the company's COR-certified safety program
- Administer  and update safety compliance systems, including ISNetworld and ComplyWorks
- Conduct regular field safety inspections, toolbox talks, and hazard assessments (FLHAs/JSAs)
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
- Delivery onboarding and safety training for new hires and subcontractors
- Ensure all documentation and reporting meets provincial OHS and industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in oilfield or industrial safety
- Experience with COR program maintenance (Certificate of Recognition)
- Strong working knowledge of ISNetworld and ComplyWorks
- Valid OSHA 30, H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, and Fall Protection certifications
- Proficiency in field-level hazard assessments (FLHA), audits, and toolbox meetings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean abstract
