In this role, you will:
-support our lawyers through all stages of real estate transactions including communicating and meeting with clients and ensuring deadlines are met
-communicate with real estate agents, lawyers and other involved parties
-draft mortgage, transfer and other real estate documents letters and documents, request tax certificates, prepare Statement of Adjustments, etc.
-conduct title searches, submit title transfers and registrations at ISC
-maintain organized client files and support the streamlining of real estate processes
